Areas Served
Southern California, community by community.
The Market
Six communities, each with its own character. Below is the short version. The longer version is a phone call.

01
Home base for the team and for Coldwell Banker Envision.
Whittier is where the team is based, at Coldwell Banker Envision on Whittier Blvd, and where their recent closings on Red Coach Lane and Glen Court sold. Uptown walkability, hillside views and 1920s Craftsman stock all trade differently here, block by block.

02
A Gateway Cities community the team works regularly.
Pico Rivera is one of the six communities the team lists as an area of expertise. Postwar single story homes on generous lots, strong owner-occupant demand, and a shorter commute to central Los Angeles than most buyers expect.

03
North Orange County, minutes from Whittier.
La Habra puts buyers in north Orange County while keeping them close to the team’s Whittier base. Tract homes from the 1960s onward, hillside pockets to the north, and a different school district picture than the Los Angeles County side of the line.

04
A San Gabriel Valley community the team covers.
La Puente is a San Gabriel Valley market of well kept postwar homes, often with room to add. Rene’s own DRE record of address sits in La Puente, so this is a market the team knows firsthand.

05
Hillside homes and canyon views.
Hacienda Heights runs from flat streets up into the hills, with view lots and larger homes at the top. The team’s Canarias closing at $1,310,000 is their highest published sale in this market.

06
Inland Empire value, an hour east.
San Bernardino is on the team’s own list of areas served, and it is where a lot of Los Angeles County buyers end up when square footage matters more than the commute.

Client Reviews
Four notes from recent clients, published as written. Send the team a new review and we add it to this section.
Rene and Andrea are simply amazing. They are friendly, professional, communicative, and hard-working. They possess all of the qualities one would expect and appreciate from real estate agents. Rene and Andrea are good people who are diligent and take their job seriously. They are not pushy and will work hard to see their clients’ goals realized. They are supportive and attentive to all aspects of the buying process. If you are in the market to buy or sell a home, I highly recommend Rene and Andrea.
Rene and Andrea were exceptional. If you are looking for a duo that simply gets you the house you want, call them. They navigate challenges as they come, and work wonderfully as a team. They know the local real estate market very well, and they can also connect you with equally efficient loan professionals if you have that need. They answer all of your calls and texts almost immediately, every single time.
I met Rene and Andrea just prior to asking them for their assistance in selling my home. They did an amazing job in answering all my questions and addressed all my concerns as it was the first time I sold property. They communicated with me on almost a daily basis to provide me with updates and helpful advice in preparing my home for prospective buyers. They were also instrumental in the negotiations to purchase my new home.
Rene and Andrea were the best realty team throughout my entire home-buying experience. They truly took the time to understand what I wanted in my ideal purchase and were incredibly supportive, responsive, and professional as I searched for my dream home. Thanks to Rene and Andrea I was able to find the perfect first home. There is no other team I would trust more with any realty needs.
